1X Technologies 535 DLO Cable  (Diesel Locomotive Cable) is an extra flexible tinned copper, rubber insulated (EPR), and rubber jacketed (CPE), 2000 volt UL rated specialty cable. We supply you with more common types of DLO cable through great manufacturers like Southwire, Telefonica, and General Cable. When a more specialized or non-stock size, color, or construction is needed we manufacture exactly what you need.

Initially, 535 DLO Cable was designed for use on the electric of powering Diesel Locomotives. Today DLO cable can be used in many other applications. Today 535 DLO Cable is commonly used in place of Welding Cable, and in areas where lesser wires & cables like standard THHN or XHHW will not do the job as effectively.

1XTech® 2000V 535.3 RHH-RHW-2 Diesel Locomotive Cable (DLO), 1332 x 24 AWG flexible stranded tinned copper conductors, Heavy Duty EPDM Insulation, Black CPE Jacket. Excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Resists oils, acids, alkalies, heat and flame.


Applications:

1XTech® 535.3 DLO Cable may be used in Diesel-electric locomotives, Telecom power supply systems, Oil and gas drilling rigs, Mining and earth moving equipment, Motor leads, Shipyards, Where flexible power leads must be installed in conduit or raceways, Sizes 1/0 and Larger Rated TC-ER, FT4, for Use in Cable Tray. Due to 1XTech® DLO cable carrying a UL RHH/RHW-2 or CSA RW90 rating, the AHJ (authority having jurisdiction) will allow its use in many other applications.
