TGGTG Cable Specifications / Manufacturing Specs

Construction:

  1. Conductor: Flexible stranded nickel-plated, annealed copper
  2. Insulation: PTFE Fluoropolymer tapes covered by wrapped fiberglass yarn
  3. Braid: A fiberglass braid jacket is applied over the insulation
  4. Cabling: Conductors are cabled with a left-hand lay and bound with a polyester tape
  5. Jacket: A fiberglass braid jacket is applied over the insulation, then treated with a high-temperature saturant

 

Applications and Features:

  • Used in wiring equipment for high temp applications.
  • Excellent flame resistance, good weathering, sunlight, ozone, corona resistance, and good flexibility without cold flow. Also available in Power and Instrumentation Cables.
