1XTech® Welding Cable (Specs, Price, Data, Amps, Electrical Wire, Welding Cable Suppliers)

1XTech® Welding Cable is for use on connections from electrode holders and clamps to arc welders, bus welding box or transformers. 1x Technologies produces and supplies welding cables which are used for electrical arc welding/resistance welding applications up to 600 volts and temperatures from -50°C to +105°C. When you need a first-class, premium-grade conductor welding wire in bulk or by the foot, Made in the USA trust 1X Technologies as your preferred suppliers of welding cable.

What is Welding Cable?

Welding Cable, also called “Welding Wire”,  per The National Electric Code© (NEC) Article 630 Electric Welders is defined as cable designed for use in secondary circuits of electric welders.

1X Technologies manufactures welding cable which typically consists of a single, finely-stranded conductor that ranges in size from 8 AWG to 500 KCMIL, but may produce sizes up to 4000 MCM / 4000 KCMIL.  Our Welding wire has a single layer of EPDM or neoprene thermoset insulation with an operating temperature rating of 90°C or 105°C. Welding cable is thermoset insulated to better resist weld splatter and improve overall safety. Welding cable is typically rated 600 volts but can also be rated 1000 volts or 2000 volts.
